Thank you for the video! This clarifies many points..
- if I am correct: astral body = emotional body = etherique body?
- I am curious about the source of the video?
- what do you think about the statement: you will not search for any guru/master, it is within?
- if having consciousness of the breathing might be ‘enough’ what is the place of yoga then?
- finally, which percentage of the video is according to you reliable?
Thank’s for your comment,
remember that this is a general introduction video, so they may be some minor mistakes in it…
1-astral body= emotionnal body but is not equal to etheric body
2-I got this video on a dvd in India when it came out 5 years ago and shoed it to students there, I found it again on the web and put it on the youtube
3-I think seing a difference between outside guru and inner guru is still a form of illusion, utlimately there is no outside and inside…
4-what is yoga in your definition? only postures? remember ashtanga yoga is; yama, niyama, asana, PRANAYAMA, prathyahara, dharana, samadhi…this is yoga
5-for general public 100% is reliable for more advanced we may find some imprecisions in the presentaiton, but that doesn’t matter much in the end
thank you for this video. my stubborn student thinks it should be called the journey of meditation.
Anyone may call it as he likes,
All name are OK,
I don’t mind names,
I mind practice…
